Program se sastoji iz teorijskog i prakti\u010dnog dela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U okviru pripreme trudnice \u0107e:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>u\u010diti ve\u017ebe koje poma\u017eu odr\u017eavanju kondicije i boljeg op\u0161teg stanja,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>savladati tehnike disanja koje doprinose smirenosti i kontroli bola,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>nau\u010diti kako da postignu maksimalnu oksigenaciju organizma i sa\u010duvaju snagu neophodnu za poro\u0111aj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zahvaljuju\u0107i dobroj organizaciji i stru\u010dnom radu zaposlenih, polaznice&nbsp; \u0107e &nbsp;nakon zavr\u0161ene pripreme odlaziti u porodili\u0161te sigurnije, spremnije i sa vi\u0161e samopouzdanja spremno do\u010dekati poro\u0111aj i do\u017eiveti ga kao pozitivno i prijatno iskustvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zdravstveni centar Prokuplje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Od 01.03.2026. godine u Domu zdravlja Prokuplje, koji je u sastavu Zdravstvenog centara Prokuplje, po\u010de\u0107e sa radom Savetovali\u0161te za psihofizi\u010dku pripremu trudnica za poro\u0111aj.
